What happens to my site if I cancel?

You own your site, full stop. Cancelling doesn’t change that.

Here’s what happens, concretely:

The hosted version goes offline at the end of your last paid billing period. Visitors will see a placeholder page from your domain registrar instead of your site.
Your domain stays registered to you. If you bought it through us, we’ll transfer the registration to whichever registrar you prefer at no charge — or you can leave it with Cloudflare and just update the nameservers.
The source code is yours. We package up the static build, the assets, and the content as a downloadable archive. Most customers re-host on Vercel, Netlify, or their own server within a day.
We help with the migration. Reply to any email from us and your project manager will guide the move so nothing breaks for your visitors.

We’d rather you stay than leave, but we want leaving to feel as clean as joining did.
