Want a second pair of eyes on your draft before approving? Open the Review tab, then click Share with someone. Generate a link, copy it, and send it however you like — text, email, Slack.
Whoever opens the link sees your staging site full-screen. They cannot:
- Approve the site
- Request changes
- See your billing, files, messages, or any other dashboard data
You stay in control. A few options on each link:
- Expiry — pick anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Default is 7. After that the link stops working automatically.
- Single-use — the link revokes itself after the first view. Useful if you want to know your reviewer actually opened it before forwarding.
- Password — add a 4–50 character password the reviewer types before they see anything. Send the password through a different channel (text, not the same email as the link).
Generated links are shown to you once, when you create them. We don't store them in a way we can re-show — copy the URL right away. If you lose it, just revoke the old one and generate a new one.
You can revoke any link at any time from the same page. Anyone holding the URL will see a "no longer active" page instead of your preview.
Each link tracks how many times it's been viewed and when, so you can see if a reviewer's actually opened it.
